Guild Wars 2 – Southsun Survival

One my of favourite mini-games in Guild Wars 2 at the moment. It’s based on the novels The Hunger Games and Battle Royale. It’s amazingly fun that adds a refreshing experience to the usual RPG feel of the game.

FFXIV: A Realm Reborn – Back Into Eorzea

And so I return to the world of Eorzea

Refreshing and engrossing, with the element of fun beckoning you into its world filled with creativity and wonder, FFXIV feels like a whole different game this time around. I made a post about the problems with version 1.0 of FFXIV back in 2011 – The Journey Into Eorzea, this post will talk about some of those problems (quoting them from my post) and how the changes in A Realm Reborn have changed those issues for the better.

Guild Wars 2 – Across The World Of Tyria

And so the journey into the unknown and the start of a fantastically epic adventure begins…

I bought Guild Wars 2 over two weeks ago and have been playing a human Warrior and while Guild Wars 2 had been initial confusing, its gotten seriously addicting this past week. I never played Guild Wars 1 before and I knew nothing about Guild Wars 2 before buying it beyond there being a war and guilds. The reason I actually purchased myself a copy was because the guild I’m in (more like a community) became really active in Guild Wars 2 when the betas were ongoing (Twelve Guild Wars 2 introduction), so deciding to join in playing the game was quite easy – it’s always fun to play games together =D.

So I got Final Fantasy XIV recently and have been playing it quite a bit this last week. Firstly the intro animation is amazing, I watched it on youtube before, but seeing it in HD is so much better. Square Enix sure does know how make exhilarating animation sequences.
