Bleach Chapter 624 – The Return Of Grimmjow

A wild Grimmjow appears!

Well colour me excited, it is about damn time the Fang of Hueco Mundo revealed his sexy self! Been waiting for Grimmjow’s return ever since it was hinted at back when Ichigo made it out of Hueco Mundo. I was hoping for Harribel to appear with Grimmjow when he returns as Harribel is an awesome character whose potential wasn’t fully utilised in the Arrancar Arc. It would also be fantastic to get a some Arrancar highlighted in this final arc of Bleach. Hopefully such a card is still on the table and Grimmjow went to rescue Harribel during the time he was out of focus. Very excited to see how Ichigo and Grimmjow interact with each other now that they are working towards a common goal – stopping Juhabach.

Bleach Episode 329 – Modsoul Genesis

So this is what the world inside the head of Soi-Fon looks like, interesting...

Sorry I just had to use this image as the main one, it is awesomely hilarious! Soi-Fon and her delusions hahah =P. The image reminded me a lot of Revolutionary Girl Utena.

Anyway this episode was great, we get to learn what exactly Kageroza is after and just exactly who he is. We also find out who/what Nozomi is – shock/horror moment for Kon. And to top things off we get an epic evil guy laugh at the end – got to love evil laughs.

Bleach Episode 326 – The Battle Hungry Beast

What a boss. Why dodge when you can just take it? This is why Kenpachi is awesome

Yeah Kenpachi was badass this episode and overall this episode was really entertaining and eventful. Rolling like the boss he is and dispatching with whatever gets in his way with brutal slashes and savage punches and kicks (poor ninja…). No need for flashy Zanpakuto releases or lengthy Kido incarnations, just good old entertaining crude fighting =).

Bleach Chapter 451 – The Cornered Ichigo

Cornered and desperate, Ichigo unleashes

Finally, Ichigo got his powers back. Let’s hope this lackluster training arc (minus a few fights and developments) will get on it’s way to handling the serious business. And still no mysterious Shinigami being revealed, oh Kubo, what are you playing at? Right now, I’m on the border of not caring who that character is and am just wanting that shinigami to be revealed real soon, just so it can allow for things to actually start proceeding (still I hope it’s Ikumi).
