Clowns are often representative of entertainment but beyond the joy they reflect onto children, they also find symbolic meaning in nightmares within pop culture. This is why horror themed settings feature Clowns and amusement parks prominently within its narrative. There is a certain inherent terror sourced from subjects that embody innocence such as clowns, nuns, dolls or children. One of the most well known and genuinely terrifying horror characters is a clown (Pennywise). Following in tune with such a depiction, Clown’s Requip mode is a Nightmare version of his self. One that reflects the darker side of clowns. And true to its portrayal, the ominous cloud of terror is immediately felt as Rebecca disappears from sight leaving just Pino and Happy alone with Clown. (Pro tip: Don’t talk to clowns that happen to be in sewers).Continue reading
Only when one loses themselves can they truly find themselves, and in Lucy’s case she fell into a pit of despair at the realisation that Fairy Tail was no more, yet despite that darkness a light beckoned within Lucy, a light in the form of the desire to want to see all her friends again. Even if Lucy wasn’t aware of it, her mind moved instinctively to reestablish connections with everyone leading her to track every single members location to the best of her ability. Lucy didn’t know why exactly she wanted to gather everyone and what she would do when she did, but within that desire she has begun to realise a truth she wasn’t fully aware of before – that Fairy Tail is more than just a guild for her, it has become part of who she is.
How cute it was to see Asuka determined to get the memento her parents sold in the past to pay for her medical prescription fees back. Those past seven years when the main group of Fairy Tail were frozen in time sure must have been hard for the rest of the mages left in the guild, they had to endure through some tough circumstances and make some really difficult decisions. It’s great having some focus on those characters who don’t normally get to shine within the general Fairy Tail story, it helps flesh them out quite some bit.
To think Natsu would be captured so soon after breaking into the Tartarus headquarters, but I don’t mind, especially since it was Silver who stopped Natsu. Will be interesting to learn Silver’s connection to Gray. Also Elfman, so he did sell Sayla his soul in order to save Lisanna, what a man. Still now that he has come under Sayla’s influence/corruption and is now back at Fairy Tail, I wonder how exactly Sayla plans to break Fairy Tail.
Compelled by each other and supported by one another, the collective hearts of Fairy Tail grasp today and embrace tomorrow. Through the air of mystery and the echoes of adventure, they pursue the answers and enduring the times with their lives on the line and courage in their hearts, they rush towards the radiating light in search of change and the feeling of life.
Unified by a guild and connected with their hearts, the Fairies of Fairy Tail lose their wings in face of overwhelming and overpowering magic. Yet through their enduring, they find a light, and with each other they reach their hands out supporting one another and lift each other back into the skies, where their determination and love erupt into radiating and boundless magic which pierces through the gravitating darkness and forms the wings of their collective bonds enabling them to soar towards the endless. Fairy Tail, it definitely is an amazing guild.
