Edens Zero Chapter 168 – The remaining 3 Oracion Seis Galactica members are revealed

The remaining members of the Oracion Seis Galactica have been revealed within chapter 168 as well as the interest the Oracion Seis Interstellar have in defeating them. Deadend Crow, Archbishop Saintfire Nox and God Acnoella are the titles of the remaining members. They appear to embody a graver threat than Elsie based on the discussions by the Oracion Seis Interstellar. Only silhouettes were provided but from them we can attempt to gauge how events may transpire going forward.

Out of the three, Deadend Crow received the most focus with them being mentioned first and in a larger panel, so in all likelihood, the next Oracion Seis Galactica to come into focus will be the Titan of Eternal Darkness, Deadend Crow. Alongside their panel introduction, we also have Holy reacting to the mention of Deadend Crow, so there may be something connecting the two. Whenever Deadend Crow is featured, we will most likely also have Holy as part of the focus. Could the contrasting nature of the representation of their names be something to take note of? Deadend Crow and Holy? Dark and Light? Death and Life?

Deadend Crow seems to be a character donning a suit of armor and inside that armor, they could be a character related to Holy. Considering the contrasting elements between Holy and Deadend Crow, I wonder if the two are siblings. Could they be sisters? Twins maybe? Thanks to Poseidon Nero, we now know that not all antagonistic Oracion Seis Galactica members need to be defeated by Shiki and Co. So rather than Edens Zero having Deadend Crow as a primary antagonist, they could instead serve to substantiate Holy’s story. Outside of Justice and Eraser, the next member of the Oracion Seis Interstellar who has been focused on the most has been Holy. And from that coverage, she doesn’t seem too unreasonable and zealous in her perceptions. So far she has the most fun personality from everyone in the Oracion Seis Interstellar. If she is featured, I will be curious to learn more about her.

Edens Zero Chapter 168 – Deadend Crow of the Oracion Seis Galactica

Archbishop Saintfire Nox could be the following Oracion Seis Galactica member to come into focus after Deadend Crow. And going by the religious undertones concerning Nox as well as the Cathedral in the background of their introductory panel, we may get further relevance to Holy’s character. It could also be the arc in which Sister features heavily. The characters themed after Light seems primed to feature within such an arc that features Archbishop Saintfire Nox. The staff Nox carries may also be a relic of ancient times [from Mother] like Nero’s Empire Dice. We may also get further focus of the religions within the Edens Zero universe once Nox is officially introduced. Could there be a religion that considers Androids evil and unnatural? Would this be some form of Anti-Android Crusade where members seek to eliminate machines? There is a lot of potential to reveal a side of Edens Zero that hasn’t been covered much yet and further explore the growing conflict between people and machines. Additionally, Rebecca may also hold relevance with the miraculous powers she possess and eventually come to possess the staff. Such an item may help her in her journey to become a Chrono Witch.

Edens Zero Chapter 168 – Archbishop Saintfire Nox and God Acnoella of the Oracion Seis Galactica

Acnoella has curious similarities to the name Acnologia from Fairy Tail including the theme of Dragons. The difference could be the result of genders i.e. Acnoella the female version of the name. I suspect God Acnoella will be featured last as their role as Mother of Dragons seems more closely aligned to Mother than other characters and as such could provide the Edens Zero crew the most information regarding locating Mother. Would Acnoella be a daughter of Mother? If Mother uses dragons in her activities, than it would make sense for a character that is titled “Mother of Dragons” to have some association with Mother. God Acnoella may not be a direct antagonist in the arc they feature and could end up requesting the Edens Zero for assistance after certain events take place. This may involve the dragons created by Acnoella being corrupted or manipulated by outside forces.

With the remaining Oracion Seis Galactica members introduced, I look forward to seeing them feature within the coming arcs of Edens Zero. The members may be considered criminals but I don’t believe all the members are antagonistic.

  1. The reveal about Elsie being considered a criminal despite presenting no antagonistic behavior could be a lead into believing that not all of the OSG are a direct threat to the peace of the cosmos. Even Draken Joe and Jaguar in their antagonistic ways had their personal agenda they had to fill. In my opinion, that’s what makes the OSG a lot more interesting.

You’ve spoken of Deadend Crow and he has clearly some connection to Holy, and hopefully we’re going to see it unfold soon. Sadly, we don’t know much yet about her to see how the two of them would work as opposites. But taking the watch like mechanism in the background, I believe that Rebecca would also unlock her Overdrive or a big development will come to her relation to time.

Saint Fire Nox leading such a religious cause is a strong possibility. They could be worshipers of Mother and see Mechanic Life as a form of blasphemy to the creator and to the laws if Nature, Ether (as machined force the flow of Ether though their bodies to execute specific functions, and so does Ether Gear).

Finally, God Aconoella is 100% connected to Mother. Gaining the title of “Mother of Dragons” herself, her story could be connected to that of the origin and original purpose of machines. And since it is all connected – Mother, Chronophages and machines – we should get pretty neat information, whenever she decides to appear.
