[Theory] One Piece – Yamato And The Lunarian People

Ever since King’s introduction I have wondered how Kaido came across him. How did the two meet and was King the only Lunarian member Kaido encountered? When Yamato was introduced, I wondered if Yamato’s mother was part of the same race as King. There isn’t anything definitive to suggest so but with every chapter than elapses with Yamato’s mother omitted, I grow ever curious wondering if her role within the story is being saved for a major reveal. If there was a faction that would have another Lunarian member existing within it, it would be the Beast Pirates. King is likely not the sole survivor of the race. Yamato’s mother may not be important or she may be incredibly important. What is certain is that there existed a person intimate with Kaido and Yamato that existed. She does not have to be mentioned for the audience to be aware that Yamato had a mother and Kaido a partner. The foreshadowing exist naturally with the potential to track forward in a myriad of directions.

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Chapter 85-89 – Team Natsu VS Alta Face

The cause of the danger leading Elentir to the brink had less to do with Selene directly affecting it and more to do with the distortion she created indirectly amplifying a problem that already existed from ancient times on Elentir. The issue was in the form of Alta Face that throw the equilibrium of magic and life into imbalance. Selene was likely unaware of the exact specifics behind the imbalance but she sensed the effects of her distortion and relished in its potential for destruction. An event of amusement piquing the intrigue of a Dragon existing beyond the rationality of mortals. With Alta Face defeated and the balance of Elentir on the path to restoration, what now will come of the world and in particular, Selene. Will she revisit the world or will her concerns deviate toward the consumption of vengeance?

Edens Zero Chapter 156 – The Collapse Of The Oceans

With every crest of a wave, there is the inevitably trough. The defeat of Fabiano signals this moment although considering the ease with which he was dispatched, he may as well have been inconsequential to the Oceans 6. In actuality what led to the subsidence of the Oceans was the element of wind that causes the motion of the waves. The winds of Eden ended the resistance of the Oceans. As the situation presents itself, only Shura and Nero remain as executives of the Imperial Army whom have yet to be defeated. Ijuna is playing her own game and was on the mark about the inability of the Oceans. Their defeat now motions her intentions into action and those intention certainly go against what Shura plans. The High Tide is moments away but so to is the climax of the arc.

[Analysis] One Piece – The Race That Existed Atop The Red Line

Long ago in the past, there existed people who lived atop the Red Line that could generate flames from their body. After certain events occurred, these people were ‘lost in the mists of time’ and currently the only member of this race shown is King the Wildfire. Taking into account what we know about this race, we can extrapolate a few pieces of information about this race: they weren’t on friendly terms with the Tenryuubito and due to likely not wanting to give up their home, they were targeted and brought to the edge of extinction. Few may have escaped by abandoning their home but they lost to what is now the World Government. Marijoa may also have been the location of this races homeland. Like other shadows the World Government wishes to hide, they buried knowledge of such a race in the darkness of time, omitting them from the history they wish known.

One Piece Chapter 1022 – Zoro & Sanji VS King & Queen: Wings

The Wano Kuni Arc is building up as the representation of the Straw Hat Pirates message to the world. Once Kaido is defeated and Big Mom obstructed, the world will know in no uncertain terms that the Straw Hat Pirates have achieved what no one before them have. They challenged the Yonko and won. Ever since the great Pirate Age began and the Yonko were formed, none of them were completely defeated. Whitebeard died but he didn’t lose, not really. What Whitebeard set in motion will ultimately result in the downfall of the World Government. Luffy and the wings that support him will undoubtedly become the Pirates closest to the One Piece once Kaido is defeated and they acquires the third Road Poneglyph.

Edens Zero Chapter 155 – Kris & Kleene VS Callum & Lyra: Winds Of Eden

The desire to grab ahold of the future present before them. The desire to continue being free. The desire to protect the home they have found. The Rutherford siblings have come to cherish the space in the cosmos they have found themselves in. And driven by the happiness they have experienced, they resolve to use their wind to uplift their comrades and carry the Edens forward into future they wish to be a part of. In the face of such spirits, Callum and Lyra can do little to exploit their Ether and ultimately succumbed to the weakness born from their hubris. A weakness steeped in their reliance over manipulating their opponents Ether.

One Piece Chapter 1021 – Robin VS Black Maria: Demonic Bloom

Vigilant one should be in the presence of a will backed into a corner. Expectations can often become the debilitating web ensnaring ones judgment. Such was the case for Black Maria who seduced herself with her own ego, delusion and power. The projection she created dominated her perspective and shackled her foresight. Caution evaporated and left imprudence to pilot her actions. So entrenched was Black Maria by her arrogance, the thought of being overwhelmed by Robin became an impossibility. And within that absence of anticipation, a blind spot was spawned. Black Maria faced impossibility and could do little against the crumbling of her judgment. She was wrong and within her psychological descent, the terror known as “Devil Child” Robin overwhelmed Black Maria. Robin has won. And the Beast Pirates suffer another critical blow.

Edens Zero Chapter 154 – Kris & Kleene VS Callum & Lyra: Mist

And the roar of the Wind is deafened by the weight of the Mist. An unexpected reunion uncovering memories from Kris’s past from his time at the Skymech Dojo throws Kris into an unstable position with memories of his past influencing his actions against the opponent before him. Not only was it shocking to learn that the Skymech Dojo was based on Guilst at one point but that Callum was a member of the Dojo too when Kris attended it as Jinn. Such a relation characterized by the seniority of Callum won’t be inconsequential to the behaviour of Kris within this battle. Callum is not just an opponent Kris can fight with a closed heart. Regardless of how distant they were during their time in the Skymech Dojo, there were connected by a shared experience.

One Piece Chapter 1020 – Robin VS Black Maria: Reflection Of Bonds

Enigmatic, introverted and reserved, Robin may not always be frank with her feelings but when it comes to living the life saved by the Straw Hat Pirates, she is valorously expressive about her gratitude. It may not be in words but her actions speak just as loudly if not more so. Robin has lived a life where she was forced to detach herself from the construct of society and exist as a independent player within the shadows. Camaraderie and fellowship were nonexistent within such a world for Robin. That is, until she met Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. Robin’s perspective and heart changed since her encounter with them. The joy she now feels is a direct result of the connections she has made with her fellow nakama. Robin realises she is not living life alone, she has others which she can live alongside. As a result, when those bonds are challenged, she won’t sit idly by and let others undermine those she cares about. Robin is aware that ignorance is bliss but she is also aware that vengeance is a dish best served cold and that is exactly what Black Maria has coming for her. The Devil Child has awakened and with it, the Lotus will bloom.
