Shocking development, was not expecting to see him appear at this point in time, how exciting..
How unexpected, big developments after big developments, it is shocking seeing just how much was set-up in these two chapters! The Goddess, Giant, Fairy and Human clans united in the past to seal the Demon Clan, and Hendricksen on his way to reviving the Demon Clan in order to create an era in which the Holy Knights can prosper with battle, he manages to secure Elizabeth, the final piece to releasing the Demon Clan seal, thanks to one of his knights. Melodias, Ban and Gowther rampage at the Britannia Kingdom until they sense the presence of the King of Camelot, King Arthur on the opposite side of the Kingdom arriving with a massive army. I am honestly incredibly curious to see how the story develops from here out and where it would likely end up after these recent events.
So it was Dreyfus who killed the former Great Holy Knight, Zaratras, and as it turns out Zaratras was Dreyfus’s brother…talk about jealousy and insecurity, funny how such things make a person do such heartless things. Still nice to see that Dreyfus opposes Hendricksen and his plan, though that could have been forced due to Hendricksen expressing that it was him who killed Dreyfus’s son, Griamor, who is in fact not dead yet, but the Holy Knights don’t know about that.
That “New Generation” Holy Knight who completely caught the Seven Deadly Sins off guard has me intrigued, especially with her being able to use some teleportation technique. With Elizabeth, the final piece to releasing the Demon Clan seal, gone, Melodias is forced into action along with Ban and Gowther, he has Diane lend him a hand, quite literally, in getting to the Kingdom. Didn’t think Diane’s arm could be used in such a manner, and effectively at that, but hahah it worked out in the end, how amusing.

Watching Melodias carve through the Holy Knights standing against him at the Kingdom was sensational, reason and desperation can add so much focus to a person. I wonder if we will get to see some of the “New Generation” Holy Knights soon – looking forward to seeing Geera and Jericho.
Aside from that though, King Arthur, the King of Camelot, who would have expected that he would show up now of all times, right when Hendricksen is about to break the Demon Clan seal and when the Seven Deadly Sins are rampaging in the Kingdom to stop the Demon Clan seal from being broken. Will be interesting to see what King Arthur looks like and the reasons he has for bringing his army to Britannia. And what about that hooded character, who is that? Soooo mysterious that they are being hidden with such intent, it must be someone or something relevant to what is currently going on. Looking forward to the next chapter.
