The Spring season is upon us and with it comes a whole new line-up of anime and I must say, I’m very excited about some of the series airing this season, more so then I was in the previous season.
Anime I am planning to watch:
>>Karneval: The story description sounds fairly interesting but I’m more interested in seeing how the supernatural action will pan out =). Preview
>>Hataraku Maou-sama: I loved the preview for this a lot, very much enjoyed it so I am looking forward to seeing what happens next and how the story unfolds.
>>Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru: The synopsis for this series intrigues me immensely, especially the main character. I wonder what this “distorted view of life” is and how it will be conveyed through the anime.
>>Devil Summoner 2: I was contemplating whether to add this series to my ‘to watch’ list or not when I read the synopsis, but after watching the character trailers, I was pretty much sold, it looks goods and seems interesting. Trailer
>>Aku no Hana: I was sold on “corrupt pure-love story”, definitely interested to see how that plays out here. The trailer only gripped my attention more, it doesn’t show much, but throughout the trailer you are continuously drawn in more and more as each second passes, especially with that echoing background music and ‘building-up’ visuals.
>>Yondemasu yo, Azazel-san. 2: After having watched the first season, of course I have to watch this one, especially if it is anything like the first season, if it is then I KNOW I will be entertained.
>>Shingeki no Kyojin: Oh my, my body can’t wait for this, really REALLY looking forward to when the anime starts airing. Absolutely love the manga and just imagining how it will be animated is causing me to shiver occasionally =P. I posted this trailer in my previous post, but what the hell, I’ll post it again since it is so epic:
>>Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2199: I haven’t watched any Space Battleship Yamato before but I really do want to start and since the story sounds quite entertaining I decided to give this series a try =).
>>Arata Kangatari: Hah, the story sure sounds messed up in a way, in a puzzling and amusing way that is =). I’m quite fascinated about what will happen now after reading that description =/.
>>Suisei no Gargantia: The story sounds interesting, the visual looks amazing (as expected of Production I.G) and MECHA!!! The cities-built-on-ships looks quite remarkable, I’m really fascinated about that now and how a society living on ships survive on an Earth completely flooded by the seas. Preview looks really amazing:
There are also some other series which while I haven’t added to my ‘to watch’ list, I am interested in:
>>Mushibugyou: This could be ridiculously fun to watch, guess I’ll keep an eye on it and see if it is ridiculously fun =P. Preview
>>Kakumeiki Valvrave: I may just end up watching this as well, but I want to first see just how much angst is in this series. Preview 2
As for movies, looking forward to the Dragon Ball Z, Uchuu Senkan Yamato, Kick-Heart and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kaku films.
Thanks for reading,
